Fig 2. Detection of zsGreen(Green) nnd tdTomato (red) in various tissues of Fgd5 Kozak-tdTomato-2A-CreERT2/+;Rosa26 CAG-LSL-zsGreen/+ mice. The tissues expressing zsGreen include: brain, kidney, eye, heart, lung, liver, stomach, ovary/oviduct, vagina/uterus, aorta, and bone marrow. In the control group, zsGreen shows very minimal leaky expression in: kidney, eye, lung, liver, stomach, skin, ovary/oviduct, vagina/uterus, aorta, and bone marrow.
