After tamoxifen induction, tdTomato was expressed in the large intestine, small intestine, liver, lungs, spleen, skin, thymus, and salivary glands. Low levels of expression were observed in the pancreas, ovaries, and kidneys. No obvious expression was detected in the brain, spinal cord, or stomach.
