Fig.1 Detection of hIL15RA expression on DC cells and Macrophage in BM of WT C57BL/6 mice and HO hIL15RA mice by FACS. hIL15RA was exclusively detectable in hIL15RA humanized mice but not in wild-type mice. hIL15RA was exclusively detectable on DC cells and Macrophage in hIL15RA humanized mice. Leukocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 6 weeks old) and homozygous HO hIL15RA humanized mice (male, 6 weeks old),stimulated with LPS in vitro(1ug/ml), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mIL15RA , anti-hIL15RA.
