Model Description

The IRES-EGFP-IRES-MerCreMer expression cassette was knocked into the Col1a1 gene stop codon site. The strain cannot breed homozygotes, and it is recommended to use heterozygotes for research.

The tissues expressing tdTomato include: brain, spinal cord, heart, pancreas, spleen, muscle, skin, and pituitary gland.
