The main organs, Brain, Colon, Stomach, Intestine, Pancreas, Heart, Lung, Liver, Kidney & Spleen of Mc4r-Cre+/-  ; R26-tdTomato+/-  mouse were detected by fluorescence and the expression of tdTomato was detected in MC4R positive neurons in the brain.
