A IRES-iCre expression cassette was knocked into the Nts gene stop codon site.
Research Application：Neuroleptin (Nts) is a neuropeptide involved in regulating biological processes, including cardiovascular tone, pain processing, uptake behavior, motor drive, sleep, addiction, and social behavior.
