H11-CAG-LSL-mtagBFP2

A CAG-LSL-mTagBFP2-3xFLAG-WPRE-polyA cassette was inserted at the mouse H11 locus. When bred to a strain expressing Cre recombinase under control of various tissue specific promoters, Cre recombination deletes the LSL cassette and allows the expression of the mTagBFP2-3xFLAG protein.

CAG-mTagBFP2/+ mouse was achieved through crossing CAG-LSL-mTagBFP2/+ mouse and Cre-expressing mouse.
