Fig1 . There are few CD8+ cytotoxic T-cells and increase in CD4+ T-cells in B2M knockout mice. Immune responses involving CD8+T-cells are severely deficient providing a model to assess the role of CD8+ cells and class I MHC in various experimental systems.
