These transgenic mice carry humanized IL4.While hIL4-Tg(NMG)(Stock No.NM-KI-215004) mice function similarly to hIL4-Tg(NMG)(2) mice, for more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.

Fig.1 Detection of human IL4 expression in serum of NMG mice and HO hIL4-Tg(NMG)(2) mice by ELISA. Serum were collected from NMG mice (n=3, male, 9-11 weeks old) and HO hIL4-Tg(NMG)(2) mice (n=3, male, 10-11 weeks old), and analyzed by ELISA with anti-hIL4 ELISA kit. Human IL4 was exclusively detectable in serum from homozygous hIL4-Tg(NMG)(2) mice.
