Fig.2 Detection of human GPR75 expression in hGPR75 mice by WB. Various tissues lysates were collected from cortex and liver of homozygous hGPR75 knock-in mice (HO), and then analyzed by western blot with anti-GPR75 antibody (CST, 56678T). The human GPR75 is expressed positively in the cortex in hGPR75 knock-in mice.
