Fig.1 Expression analysis of hLILRB4 on myeloid cells in blood of hLILRB4 humanized mice.

Leukocytes were collected from blood of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 7 weeks) and homozygous hLILRB4 mice (7 weeks, female) , and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-hLILRB4 and anti-mLILRB4. hLILRB4 were exclusively detectable in hLILRB4 humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.

Leukocytes were collected from spleen of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 7 weeks) and homozygous hLILRB4 mice (7 weeks, female) , and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-hLILRB4 and anti-mLILRB4. hLILRB4 were exclusively detectable in hLILRB4 humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.

Leukocytes were collected from BM of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 7 weeks) and homozygous hLILRB4 mice (7 weeks, female) , and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-hLILRB4 and anti-mLILRB4. hLILRB4 were exclusively detectable in hLILRB4 humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.
