Model Description

The endogenous mouse Tigit gene was replaced by human TIGIT gene. While hTIGIT(Stock No.NM-HU-00053) mice function similarly to hTIGIT（3） mice ,for more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.

Fig1. Strain specific hTIGIT expression analysis in homozygouse hTIGIT mice by flow cytometry. T cells of PBMC were collected from WT and homozygouse hTIGIT mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-hTIGIT antibody. hTIGIT was expressed in T cells of homozygouse hTIGIT mice.
