The endogenous mouse Icosl gene was replaced by human ICOSLG gene. While hICOSL(Stock No.NM-HU-00095) mice function similarly to hICOSL(2) mice,for more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.

Mouse Icoslg mRNA was detectable by P1/2(276bp), human ICOSLG mRNA was detectable by P1/3(406bp), 

M:100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311). The heterozygous KI mouse expresses both human ICOSLG and mouse Icoslg in the spleen.
