Mouse Ccr5 mRNA was detectable by P1/2(869bp), human CCR5 mRNA was detectable by P1/3(607bp), 

M:100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311). The heterozygous KI mouse expresses both human CCR5 and mouse Ccr5 in the spleen.
