Mouse Il2rb mRNA was detectable by P1/2(511bp), human IL2RB mRNA was detectable by P1/3(513bp), 

M:100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311). The heterozygous KI mouse expresses both human IL2RB and mouse Il2rb in the liver.
