The endogenous mouse Siglec15 gene was replaced by human SIGLEC15 gene.

Fig1. In vivo validation of humanized SIGLEC15 mice. Humanized SIGLEC15 mice were inoculated with MC38 colon cancer cells, and were randomly assigned into different groups  when the tumors grew to a volume of 100 mm3. Human-specifc, SIGLEC15 antibody ( 5G12-hIgG1 ) was given twice a week (BIW) for two weeks (In collaboration with Crownbio).
