Detection of SIRPA expression in peripheral blood cells of humanized SIRPA mice.The FACS results of peripheral blood cells showed that the active expression of humanized SIRPA was detected in B cells and macrophage cells collected from heterozygous humanized SIRPA mice.(Completed in collaboration with CrownBio).
