Model Description

This FcRn humanized strain is established by mating endogenous mouse Fcgrt gene Knockout mice with R26-hFcRn(FCGRT) Knock-in mice. These FcRn humanized mouse models can be useful for evalueting the efficacy of potential immunotherapy drug combinations. While hFCRN(2)(Stock No.NM-HU-190070) and hFCRN(3)(Stock No.NM-HU-2000032）mice function similarly to hFCRN mice,for more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.
