Fig.1 Detection of Cyp4v3 expression in the liver by qPCR. 

Total RNA was extracted from wild-type C57BL/6J mice (WT) and homozygous Cyp4v3-KO mice (HO), which have been put on a high fat-diet for 49-50 weeks (male, 53-54 weeks old), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by qPCR with mouse Cyp4v3 and Gapdh primers. Relative expression represents Cyp4v3 mRNA levels relative to its average expression in WT mice.
