Fig3. Detection of zsGreen(Green) and tdTomato(red) in various tissues of Tubb3CreERT2/+; Rosa26zsGreen/+ mouse

Following tamoxifen induction, tissues expressing zsGreen included the brain, spinal cord, reproductive system, skin, pituitary gland and dorsal root ganglia. Tissues with low levels of zsGreen expression included the heart, lung, and liver.

In the absence of tamoxifen induction, low-level leaky expression of zsGreen was observed in the brain, spinal cord, dorsal root ganglia, and pituitary gland.

Regarding tdTomato, minor expression was observed in the brain, while no obvious expression was detected in other tissues.
