Tissues expressing tdTomato after tamoxifen induction included the large intestine, small intestine, liver, stomach, and skin. In contrast, no significant fluorescent expression was observed in the brain, spinal cord, esophagus, muscle, vagina, or reproductive system of the mice following tamoxifen induction.
