Fig1. Flow assay of fluorescent gene expression in peripheral blood macrophages of Csf1r-Cre+/-;R26-mTmG+/- mice. In cre-expressing F4/80 macrophages, tdTomato was excised and the cells were labelled with EGFP; in F4/80 macrophages without cre expression, the cells were labelled with tdtomato and EGFP was not expressed.
