B2m-KO(NMG)

Strain Name:NOD.Cg-PrkdcscidIl2rgem1SmocB2mem1Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-NSG-002

This B2m knockout mouse model was obtained by knocking out the exon 2-3 region of mouse B2m gene on the background of NMG mouse.

Mice

Zbtb46-IRES-Cre

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Zbtb46em1(IRES-iCre)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-200096

A  IRES-iCre expression cassette was knocked into the Zbtb46 gene stop codon site. This strain carries a significant risk of reproductive system leakage. Avoid using homozygotes and female Cre mice. It is recommended to use male mice, as they have a lower probability of leakage. After mating, offspring should be genotyped and promptly checked for any occurrence of reproductive leakage.

Mice

Fcgr2b-KO(3)

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Fcgr2bem1Smoc
Strain State:Sperm cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-210279

Fcgr2b-KO(3) mice (Stock No.NM-KO-210279)carry a knockout allele derived from the targeted deletion of exon 3-5.Fcgr2b-KO mice (Stock No.NM-KO-00130)carry a knockout allele derived from the targeted deletion of exon 3. Fcgr2b-KO(2) mice (NM-KO-191214) have been pulled from shelves for some reasons.

Mice

SCID

Strain Name:SCID/NifdcSmoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:SM-015

SCID mice, also known as Severe Combined Immune Deficient mice, were first discovered in 1983 by Bosma M.J. from the C.B-17/Icr inbred strain of mice. This condition is caused by a mutation in a single recessive gene located on chromosome 16, also referred to as the SCID gene. SCID mice are a congenic strain of C.B-17/lcrJ, with white fur. This strain exhibits severe combined immune deficiency, characterized by the absence of functional B cells and T lymphocytes. Most homozygotes lack detectable levels of IgM, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, or IgA. Additionally, the thymus, lymph nodes, and splenic follicles of these mice are virtually devoid of lymphocytes. However, SCID mice possess normal natural killer (NK) cells, macrophages, and granulocytes. SCID mice are commonly used for the transplantation of allogeneic or xenogeneic tissues and are ideal models for cell transplantation experiments.

Mice

Kras-LSL-G12D

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Krasem4(LSL-G12D)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-190003

exon2 of Kras were replaced by loxp-stop-loxp and exon2 containing G12D. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in studies of cancer and development.

Mice

Pten-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Ptenem3Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-18002

Exon5 of Pten gene was deleted to generate Pten knockout mice.

Mice

Abcb11-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Abcb11em1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-18010

Exon5 of Abcb11 gene was deleted to generate Abcb11 knockout mice.

Mice

4-1BB-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Tnfrsf9em1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-00088

Exon2 of Tnfrsf9 (4-1BB) gene was deleted to generate Tnfrsf9 (4-1BB) knockout mice.

Mice

Ahr-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Ahrem1Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-18008

Exon3 of Ahr gene was deleted to generate Ahr knockout mice. The homozygous female mice of this strain had impaired fertility. There have been reports of deaths caused by genetic modification. For details, click on the MGI ID in the genetic information.

Mice

Sh3rf2-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Sh3rf2em1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190449

exon5 of Sh3rf2 gene was deleted to generate Sh3rf2 knockout mice.
