Il17a-2A-CreERT2

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Il17aem1(2A-CreERT2)Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-00059

A 2A-Cre cassette was inserted before stop codon of mouse Il17a gene which is known as a T cell marker.

Mice

NMG

Strain Name:NOD.Cg-PrkdcscidIl2rgem1Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-NSG-001

Prkdc and Il2rg genes were both knocked-out in NOD mice.  Lacking mature T, B and NK cells Low immune rejection against human cells and tissues Good tumorigenicity so that a small number of cells can form tumors. Significant improvement in the survival of transplanted human cells and tissues Suitable for the transplantation of human hematopoietic stem cells and the preparation of humanized mouse models Suitable as the carrier mice for the transplantation of heterologous cells and tissues

Mice

Lepr-g.G109052T

Strain Name:B6.129S-Leprtm1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-00001

A point mutation was introduced to exon 19 (c.109052 G>T) via a recombineering strategy. Homozygous mutants are hyperphagic, low-activity, poorly cold-adapted, sterile and have enhanced fat conversion.

Mice

Foxp3-IRES-tdTomato-2A-Cre

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Foxp3em3(IRES-tdTomato-2A-iCre)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-190119

A IRES-tdTomato-2A-Cre expression cassette was knocked into the Foxp3 gene stop codon site. This strain is useful in studying regulatory T cell in autoimmunity, especially in type 1 diabetes.

Mice

Npc1-I1060T

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Npc1em1(I1060T)Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-18059

The I1060T point mutation is located in exon21 of mouse Npc1 gene. This Npc1 point mutation mouse model was established by introduce a T>C transversion at the 138th nucleotide of exon21.

Mice

Gba-D427V

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Gbaem1(D427v)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-18060

The D427V point mutation is located in exon9 of mouse Gba gene. This Gba point mutation mouse model was established by introduce an A>T transversion at the 119th nucleotide of exon9.

Mice

Cd2-2A-CreERT2

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Cd2em1(2A-CreERT2-WPRE-pA)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-18017

A 2A-CreERT2-WPRE-pA coexpression cassette is inserted befor the stop codon of mouse Cd2 gene via homologous recombination to establish a tamoxifen inducible Cd2-CreERT2 tool stain. This strain can be used to knockout target gene in T cells and B cells after tamoxifen treatment when crossed with mice which carry loxp sites flanking target gene.

Mice

KPC

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Trp53em4(R172H)Krasem4(LSL-G12D)Tg(Pdx1-cre)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-210096

The KPC mouse is an established and clinically relevant model of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) which develops many key features observed in human PDAC including pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia alongside a robust inflammatory reaction including exclusion of effector T cells. Metastases are observed in around 80% of KPC animals located primarily in the liver and lungs. Mutations in both KRAS and TP53 genes are found in around 80% and 70% of all human PDACs respectively. Trp53-R172H、Kras-LSL-G12D were crossed with Pdx1-Cre-Tg to generate KPC mice. The KPC mouse contains a dominant negative point mutation in the transformation related protein 53 gene (TP53R172H), and a conditional activation point mutation in the KRAS gene (KRASG12D). A lox-stop-lox termination sequence is encoded upstream of KRAS mutated genes to prevent expression in the absence of Cre recombinase. The pancreas-specific Pdx-1 promoter enables expression of Cre recombinase in acini, islet and duct cells of the pancreas. Cre-mediated recombination excises the lox-stop-lox termination sequences and enables expression of KRASG12D in pancreatic tissue.

Mice

NOD SCID

Strain Name:NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid/NifdcSmoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:SM-019

The scid mutation has been transferred onto a diabetes-susceptible Non-Obese Diabetic (NOD) background. NOD-Scid mice do not develop diabetes, lack T and B cells, and are inherently immune deficient, making them good recipients for transplantation of human hematopoietic stem cells and human solid tumors.

Mice

Esrra-Flox

Strain Name:B6;129S-Esrratm1(flox)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-CKO-00039

An frt-neo-frt cassette was inserted after exon 2 and loxP sites was inserted before exon 2 and after the neo cassette. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of t
