On the basis of strain Scgb1a1-IRES-Cre(NM-KI-210120), loxP sites were inserted on both sides of Zfp91 gene exon 2. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of Zfp91 gene.
