Syt7-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Syt7em1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190389

This Syt7 knockout mouse model was generated by knocking out the exon3 region of the Syt7 .

Mice

Cd44-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Cd44em1Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190039

This Cd44 knockout mouse model was generated by knocking out the exon 3 region of the Cd44 .

Mice

Alkbh3-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Alkbh3em1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190240

This Alkbh3 knockout mouse model was generated by knocking out the exon 3 region of the Alkbh3.

Mice

Tagln-Cre

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Taglnem1(Cre-WPRE-polyA)Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-200144

A Cre-WPRE-polyA expression cassette was knocked into the Tagln gene start codon site. This gene encodes a smooth muscle cell-specific cytoskeletal protein. When crossed with a strain carrying a gene flanked by loxP sites, the flanked gene will be removed in vascular smooth muscle cells. In mouse models of atherosclerosis, the gene product may be involved in plaque cell and atherosclerotic lesion formation during atherogenesis.

Mice

NMG

Strain Name:NOD.Cg-PrkdcscidIl2rgem1Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-NSG-001

Prkdc and Il2rg genes were both knocked-out in NOD mice.  Lacking mature T, B and NK cells Low immune rejection against human cells and tissues Good tumorigenicity so that a small number of cells can form tumors. Significant improvement in the survival of transplanted human cells and tissues Suitable for the transplantation of human hematopoietic stem cells and the preparation of humanized mouse models Suitable as the carrier mice for the transplantation of heterologous cells and tissues

Mice

Mir183/Mir96-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Mir183emMir96em1Smoc
Strain State:Sperm cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-234774

Mir183 and Mir96 knockout mouse models were established by knockout transcripts of Mir183-201 and Mir96-201.

Mice

Tnfrsf1a/Tnfrsf1b-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Tnfrsf1aem1Smoc Tnfrsf1aem1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-18036

This strain is also called p55/p75-KO. The Tnfrsf1a and Tnfrsf1b double knockout mouse models were obtained by knocking out both exon 2-5 region of mouse Tnfrsf1a gene and exon2 of mouse Tnfrsf1b gene. Tnfrsf1a and Tnfrsf1b deletion (p55 and p75 deficiency) homozygous mice are viable and fertile, and these homozygous mice fail to bind TNF (tumor necrosis factor).

Mice

MHC Class II(I-A/I-E)-KO(Nod-Scid)

Strain Name:NOD-PrkdcscidH2-Ab1em1H2-Aaem1H2-Eb1em1H2-Eb2em1H2-Ea-psem1Smoc
Strain State:Developing | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-18057

All sequences from the upstream of mouse H2-Ab1 gene exon 2 to the upstream of the H2-Ea-ps gene exon 1 were knocked out to obtain H2-Ab1、H2-Aa、H2-Eb1、H2-Eb2、H2-Ea-ps knockout mouse models. These MHC class II molecule-deficient mice were on the Nod-Scid genetic background and lacked cell surface expression of both class II-A and class II-E MHC proteins.

Mice

MHC ClassII(I-A/I-E)-KO(NMG)

Strain Name:NOD-PrkdcscidIl2rgem1H2-Ab1em1H2-Aaem1H2-Eb1em1H2-Eb2em1H2-Ea-ps em1Smoc
Strain State:Developing | Cat. NO.:NM-NSG-003

All sequences from the upstream of  mouse H2-Ab1 gene exon 2  to the upstream of the H2-Ea-ps gene  exon 1 were knocked out to obtain H2-Ab1、H2-Aa、H2-Eb1、H2-Eb2、H2-Ea-ps knockout mouse models.  These MHC class II molecule-deficient mice were on the NMG genetic background and also lacked cell surface expression of both class II-A and class II-E MHC proteins.

Mice

Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-18032

All sequences from the upstream of mouse H2-Ab1 gene exon 2 to the upstream of the H2-Ea-ps gene exon 1 were knocked out to obtain H2-Ab1、H2-Aa、H2-Eb1、H2-Eb2、H2-Ea-ps knockout mouse models. These MHC class II molecule-deficient mice were on the C57BL/6J genetic background and also lacked cell surface expression of both class II-A and class II-E MHC proteins.
