Gpr26-KO

Strain Name:B6;129S-Gpr26tm1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-00053

An Frt-Neo-Frt cassette replaced exon 1.

Mice

Ccr6-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Ccr6em1Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190022

This Ccr6 knockout mouse model was generated by knocking out the exon 3 region of the Ccr6.

Mice

SCID

Strain Name:SCID/NifdcSmoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:SM-015

SCID mice, also known as Severe Combined Immune Deficient mice, were first discovered in 1983 by Bosma M.J. from the C.B-17/Icr inbred strain of mice. This condition is caused by a mutation in a single recessive gene located on chromosome 16, also referred to as the SCID gene. SCID mice are a congenic strain of C.B-17/lcrJ, with white fur. This strain exhibits severe combined immune deficiency, characterized by the absence of functional B cells and T lymphocytes. Most homozygotes lack detectable levels of IgM, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, or IgA. Additionally, the thymus, lymph nodes, and splenic follicles of these mice are virtually devoid of lymphocytes. However, SCID mice possess normal natural killer (NK) cells, macrophages, and granulocytes. SCID mice are commonly used for the transplantation of allogeneic or xenogeneic tissues and are ideal models for cell transplantation experiments.

Mice

NMG

Strain Name:NOD.Cg-PrkdcscidIl2rgem1Smoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:NM-NSG-001

Prkdc and Il2rg genes were both knocked-out in NOD mice.  Lacking mature T, B and NK cells Low immune rejection against human cells and tissues Good tumorigenicity so that a small number of cells can form tumors. Significant improvement in the survival of transplanted human cells and tissues Suitable for the transplantation of human hematopoietic stem cells and the preparation of humanized mouse models Suitable as the carrier mice for the transplantation of heterologous cells and tissues

Mice

NOD SCID

Strain Name:NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid/NifdcSmoc
Strain State:Repository Live | Cat. NO.:SM-019

The scid mutation has been transferred onto a diabetes-susceptible Non-Obese Diabetic (NOD) background. NOD-Scid mice do not develop diabetes, lack T and B cells, and are inherently immune deficient, making them good recipients for transplantation of human hematopoietic stem cells and human solid tumors.

Mice

Foxn1-IRES-Cre

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Foxn1em1(IRES-iCre)Smoc
Strain State:Sperm cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-200106

A IRES-iCre expression cassette was knocked into the Foxn1 gene stop codon site. The protein encoded by Foxn1 (forkhead box N1) gene is part of the forkhead family or transcription factors that are important in developmental processes, immune system regulation, metabolism, cancer and aging. When crossed with a strain carrying a gene flanked by sites, the flanked gene will be removed in thymic epithelial cell and keratinocytes.

Mice

Il13-IRES-Cre

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Il13em1(IRES-iCre)Smoc
Strain State:Sperm cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KI-200166

A IRES-iCre expression cassette was knocked into the Il13 gene stop codon site. This gene encodes a multifunctional cytokine. When crossed with a strain carrying a gene flanked by loxP sites, the flanked gene will be removed in cells expressing cre. This cytokine participates in the regulation of immune response, inflammatory response and hematopoietic process.

Mice

Lck-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Lckem1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190722

Exon 4 of Lck gene was deleted to generate Lck knockout mice.

Mice

Nfkb1-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Nfkb1em1Smoc
Strain State:Sperm cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190844

Exon 8-14 of Nfkb1 gene was deleted to generate Nfkb1 knockout mice.

Mice

Pik3cd-KO

Strain Name:C57BL/6Smoc-Pik3cdem1Smoc
Strain State:Embryo cryopreservation | Cat. NO.:NM-KO-190852

Exon 3-9 of Pik3cd gene was deleted to generate Pik3cd knockout mice.
