将CAG-LSL-HA-GiDREADD(hM3Dq)-P2A-mCitrine-WPRE-polyA插入到小鼠Rosa26基因中。
Research Application:属于化学遗传学元件,用于神经科学研究,药物(叠氮平-N-氧化物,CNO)诱导后GqDREADD(hM3Dq)可刺激神经元的活性。但在不同细胞类型中,诱导效果不一样。

Fig1.荧光检测Dppa3-Cre+/-;R26-hM3Dq-2A-mCitrine+/- 小鼠脑内mCitrine的表达。

Dppa3-Cre+/-小鼠与R26-hM3Dq-2A-mCitrine+/- 小鼠进行交配获得的双阳性小鼠,取脑组织进行荧光显微镜拍照。实验结果显示R26-hM3Dq-2A-mCitrine小鼠可以在脑组织神经元中正确表达。
