Model Description
C3H小鼠毛色为棕灰色，对致肝癌因子敏感，10月龄乳腺癌发病率97%,14月龄雄性小鼠肝癌发病率85%，对狂犬病毒敏感，对炭疽杆菌有抗力，补体活性高，较易诱发免疫耐受，红细胞及白细胞数较少，该品系主要用于肿瘤学、生理学、免疫学等研究。
