Male:The tdTomato reporter gene is expressed in the lung, eyeball, liver, spinal cord, stomach, salivary gland, skin, kidney, large intestine, prostate, thymus, and pituitary gland; it is expressed at low levels in the brain and heart; no significant expression is observed in the spleen or testis. The zsGreen reporter gene is expressed in the brain, spinal cord, eyeball, heart, lung, liver, stomach, salivary gland, skin, kidney, large intestine, small intestine, spleen, prostate, testis, thymus, and pituitary gland.Mouse age: 84 days, Male.

Female:The tdTomato reporter gene is expressed in the lung, eyeball, spinal cord, liver, stomach, salivary gland, skin, kidney, large intestine, vagina, thymus, and pituitary gland; it is expressed at low levels in the brain, heart, and small intestine; no significant expression is observed in the spleen, ovary, or fallopian tube.
