Fig.5 Immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis of CD24 expression in WT C57BL/6 and hCD24fl/fl; Epor-2A-tdTomato-2A-Cre mice.

The colon, skin, lymph nodes, and stomach tissues were collected to IHC staining separately with an anti-mouse antibody for G1 and an anti-human antibody for G2 and G3 (n=2 males per group, 5 months). The black arrows indicate the CD24-positive areas. Scale bar, 100 μm.

Fig.6 Immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis of CD24 expression in WT C57BL/6 and hCD24fl/fl; Epor-2A-tdTomato-2A-Cre mice.

The kidney, pancreas, brain, and liver tissues were collected to IHC staining separately with an anti-mouse antibody for G1 and an anti-human antibody for G2 and G3 (n=2 males per group, 5 months). Human CD24 was not detected in the kidney, pancreas, brain, and liver. Mouse CD24 was not detected in the brain and liver. The black arrows indicate the CD24-positive areas. Scale bar, 100 μm.
