图1 CD40&4-1BB双人源化小鼠 MC38 荷瘤模型体内抗肿瘤药效验证。CD40&4-1BB双人源化纯合子小鼠接种B16F10细胞系,肿瘤生长至约80mm3 时,随机将动物分组为对照组和不同组合的治疗组(n=6)。

结果显示:针对人源CD40的selicrelumab抗体和针对人源4-1BB的urelumab 抗体联合使用,有非常显著的抗肿瘤效果,证明CD40&4-1BB-HU 双人源化小鼠是一个很好的验证针对人CD40&4-1BB-HU 抗体联合药效的体内模型。
