The tissues of double-positive mice were cryosectioned and directly examined, revealing expression in the following organs: spleen, thymus, lungs, liver, stomach, brown fat, adrenal glands, kidneys, pancreas, small intestine, colon, testicular interstitium, epididymis, muscles and skin. A few cells expressed in brain, retina, heart, salivary glands, spinal cord, pituitary gland. (25-days old, male)
