Fig.1 Detection of EDNRA expression in hEDNRA(SD) rats by WB. Tissue lysates of the heart and lung were collected from wild type SD rats (WT, male, 6 week old) and homozygous hEDNRA(SD) rats (HO, male, 6 week old), and then analyzed by western blot with anti-EDNRA antibody (NSJ Bioreagents, RQ5880). 40 μg of total proteins were loaded for western blotting analysis. The antibody is cross-reactive between human and rat EDNRA.
