Model Description
A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-LSL-HER2-IRES-Luciferase-2A-EGFP-WPRE-polyA cassette was inserted at the Rosa26 locus. When bred to a strain expressing Cre recombinase under control of various tissue specific promoters, Cre recombination deletes the LSL cassette and allows the expression of the HER2 protein.
