Fig1. Analysis of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) in the F8 knock-out mice. The coagulation time in F8-KO(2) (NM-KO-200608) was significantly longer than wild-type, and there was no obvious difference in coagulation time between F8-KO（NM-KO-00012）and F8-KO(2) (NM-KO-200608).
