Fig.1 Detection of CD79B expression on B cells in blood and spleen of WT C57BL/6 mice and HO hCD79B mice by FACS. Leukocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (female, 7 weeks old) and homozygous hCD79B humanized mice (male, 9 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCD79B and anti-hCD79B. hCD79B was exclusively detectable in hCD79B humanized mice but not in wild-type mice. hCD79B was exclusively detectable on B cells in hCD79B humanized mice, whereas mCD79B was exclusively detectable on B cells in wild-type C57BL/6 mice.
