Vsir-KO mice(Stock No.NM-KO-18047）carry a knockout allele derived from the targeted deletion of exon 2-3. While Vsir-KO(2) mice (Stock No.NM-KO-200649) carrying the exon 2 deletion.

Fig.1 Expression of Vsir in the spleen of Vsir-knockout homozygous mice is detected by qPCR. The result shows that Vsir was not detected in spleen of Vsir homozygous mice.
