Model Repository
Repository of research-ready genetically engineered mouse models
Shanghai Model Organisms has more than 10,000 proprietary genetically engineered mouse models that can be directly used for studies on gene functions, drug screening, and human diseases, thus effectively shortening your overall experimental cycle.
The repository includes:
Humanized mice for immune checkpoints (e.g., PD1, CTLA4, CD73, etc.)
Immunodeficient mice (e.g., NMG, etc.)
Fluorescent reporter mice (e.g., fluorescent reporter for genes of the interleukin family)
Tool Mice (e.g., Cre, Dre, Reporter, etc.)
And other conventional knockout and conditional knockout mouse models
Cell line repository
Shanghai Model Organisms has more than 30 fluorescent-labeled tumor cell lines, which can be used for in vitro experiments, studies on tumor bearing mice and other tumor researches.
