Validation Data
Fig1. Cre mediated recombination in testis of DhhCre/+;Rosa26tdTomato/+ mouse.
Fig2. Cre mediated recombination in sciatic nerve of DhhCre/+;Rosa26tdTomato/+ mouse.
Fig3. Detection of tdTomato(red) in various tissues of DhhCre/+;Rosa26tdTomato/+ mouse. The tissues of double-positive mice were cryosectioned and directly examined, revealing expression in the following organs: brain, heart, lung, liver, stomach, salivary gland, thymus, sciatic nerve, kidney, pancreas, small intestine, colon, spleen and ovary, skin, adrenal gland and pituitary gland; sporadic cell expression tissues: spinal cord, retina, brown fat, muscle. A few cells expressing it were also identified in the spinal cord, retina, brown fat, and muscle. (4-weeks old, male) (For more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.)
