Model Description

Exon3 of Calm1 were replaced by loxp-exon3-6-loxp and exon3-6 containing K22R, K95R and K116R via ESC targeting technology. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of mutant Calm1 gene.
