Wild type: one band at 309 bp with primers F1/R1(mRnf167), one band at 168 bp with primers F2/R2(mRnf167) and one band at 123 bp with primers F/R(mGapdh). 

Homozygous: no band with primers F1/R1(mRnf167) and F2/R2(mRnf167). One band at 123 bp with primers F/R(mGapdh).
