Fig.1 Splenocytes from homozygous TIGIT&PVR mice were analyzed by flow cytometry after activation. mTIGIT+ cells were detectable in wild type (WT) C57BL/6, while hTIGIT+ cells were detectable in the homozygous TIGIT&PVR mice.
