Wild type: only one band at 296 bp with primers F1/R1(mIl1rl1);

Homoygous: only one band at 367 bp with primers F2/R2(hIL1RL1);

Abbr. M, DNA marker; HO, homozygous; HE, heterozygous; WT, wild type.

Fig.2 Exprssion analysis of of hIL1RL1 on Treg cells in spleen in male hIL1RL1/hTSLP (NM-XA-241614) mice, which were generated by crossing hTSLP(NM-HU-2000064) with hIL1RL1(NM-HU-2000067).

Leukocytes were collected from the spleens of 9-week-old wild-type C57BL/6 mice (WT) and hIL1RL1&hTSLP mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-hIL1RL1 antibody and anti-mIL1RL1 antibody. hIL1RL1 was exclusively detectable on Treg in hIL1RL1&hTSLP mice, whereas mIL1RL1 was exclusively detectable on Treg in wild-type C57BL/6 mice.
