Wild-type C57BL/6 mice (WT, female, 11 weeks old, n=3) and homozygous hIL7 knockin mice (HO, male, 9 weeks old, n=3) were administered poly(I:C) (100 μg/mouse) via intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection. After 6 hours, thymus homogenates were collected for IL7 measurement by ELISA. Human IL7 was detectable in the HO mice. Notably, the ELISA kit used exhibits cross-reactivity between human and mouse IL7 proteins.
