Fig.1 Detection of PVR expression in thymus of male WT and hPVR mice by RT-PCR.
Wild type: only one band at 285 bp with primers F1/R1(mPvr);
Homozygous: only one band at 197 bp with primers F2/R2(hPVR).
Abbr. M, DNA marker; HO, homozygous; WT, wild type.

Fig.2 Expression analysis of PVR in thymus in hPVR humanized mice.
Leukocytes were collected from thymus of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (5 weeks, male) and homozygous PVR mice (5 weeks, male), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mouse PVR and anti-human PVR. hPVR were exclusively detectable in PVR humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.

Fig.3 Expression analysis of PVR in peritoneal lavage fluid of hPVR humanized mice.
Leukocytes were collected from peritoneal lavage fluid of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (5 weeks, male) and homozygous PVR mice (5 weeks, male), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mouse PVR and anti-human PVR. hPVR were exclusively detectable in PVR humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.
