Model Description

The exon 2-11 of C1s2 gene was deleted to generate C1s2 knockout mouse, based on C1s1(-371bp) knockout mouse.

Fig.1 Detection of C1s1 expression in bladder by RT-PCR. 

Wild type: only one band at 197 bp with primers F1/R1(mC1s1). The results showed that mouse C1s1 were verified to be knocked out at the RNA level.
