Model Description

Exon 3-4 of Abcb4 gene was deleted to generate Abcb4 knockout mice.
Research Application：Diseases associated with ABCB4 include Cholestasis, Progressive Familial Intrahepatic, 3 and Gallbladder Disease 1.
