Fig 4. Detection of tdTomato (red) in various tissues of Upk3bDre/+; Rosa26CAG-RSR-tdTomato-2A-DTR/+ mice.

In female mice, tdTomato expression was observed in the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, bladder, vagina, and reproductive system. No obvious expression was detected in the brain, while a low level of expression was found in the spinal cord.

In male mice, tdTomato expression was observed in the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, bladder, prostate, and reproductive system. No obvious expression was detected in the brain, while a low level of expression was found in the spinal cord.

Fig 5. Detection of tdTomato (red) in various tissues of Upk3bDre/+; Rosa26CAG-RSR-tdTomato-2A-DTR/+ male mice.

In mice without DT induction, tdTomato expression was observed in the spinal cord, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, bladder, prostate, and reproductive system.

Following DT induction, tdTomato expression was significantly reduced in the spinal cord, heart, lungs, liver, bladder, prostate, and reproductive system, while no significant change in expression was detected in the kidneys.

(59-days old, male) (For more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.)
