Leukocytes were collected from spleen of wild-type balb/c mice (female, 8 weeks) and homozygous hTNFR2 mice (male, 14 weeks) stimulated in vivo with anti-CD3ε (50 µg/mouse, 24-hour stimulation, i.v.) and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mTNFR2 and anti-hTNFR2. hTNFR2 were exclusively detectable in hTNFR2 humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.
